Return & Refund Policy

We provide 14 days refund policy wherein the item can be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery.

Unfortunately, If 14days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


The customer is also entitled to refund/return, in the following cases

  • Wrong product was received by the customer
  • Products have some defects
  • Product damaged in shipping
  • Product tampers.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain 3-4 working days.

Time frame to Refund- Once we have received and inspected your return (usually within 72 hours of receipt).


Replacement Warranty

We provide 1-year complete replacement with our every item wherein if the item got defective within 1 year then you can contact us and we can arrange a replacement for you.


Please read all RETURN CONDITIONS below because if all conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return of items or to charge a re-stocking fee of 25%:

All returned or exchanged items must be unused and in new condition, in their original packaging, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.

Defective items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer’s equivalent model.

ALLDEAL is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any goods purchased from us – Our liability is limited to the monetary value of the goods only.


Please note if the customer wishes to return the item then the customer needs to contact us and send the item back to our Warehouse as we do not have any pickup facilities for Return.
